สุรัสวดี ปานเพ็ชร์

สุรัสวดี ปานเพ็ชร์ หรือบี สำเร็จการศึกษา ด้าน Development Studies จากมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ เธอมีความสนใจทางวิชาการของเธอครอบคลุมการละครเพื่อการพัฒนา (Theatre for Development) การใช้กระบวนการละครเพื่อการเรียนรู้และการสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน การบริหารจัดการเชิงสร้างสรรค์ในบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม ตลอดจนการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์เพื่อการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน

Suratsawadee Panphet graduated in Development Studies from Thammasat University. She believes that access to quality education is an important mechanism for social mobility and human development. She currently works as an analyst at the Office of Strategy, King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. Her professional experience includes work in education as a teacher at an alternative school, as well as serving as an analyst for Thailand’s poverty alleviation research funding. She also has experience in field-based research with ethnic communities in Northern Thailand. Her academic and professional interests focus on creative management in multicultural and ethnically diverse communities, as well as human development.
